Hello Titans Families!

We will be doing a final helmet turn in and swag bag pickup tomorrow, Sunday 12/28/2025 from 11am-12pm and Monday 12/29/2025 from 6pm-7pm at the Drakes Creek Football Field house. These are the final 2 days to collect your child’s bag from the Bundt Cakes fundraiser or to turn in your helmet! If you do not pickup your bag, it will be given away and not available for pickup at a later time. If you do not return your helmet you will be charged.

Thank you all for a wonderful 2025 season and I hope you and your families had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season.

I look forward to seeing what the 2026 season will bring for our community!

Parents, we know that the parade is just ending, so please come to the parking lot at Jumbo and delicious to collect your child when you were able to get through the parking lot. The road is almost all the way open so just make your way over to the parking lot when you can. We are not going to leave your players!

We are in the parking lot closest to fields 4 and 5 for baseball for player drop off. Enter Drakes Creek closest to Demos and it’s the parking lot to the left last the stop sign. If you get lost, text or call me 615-772-3547!

Hi families,

We’re excited for the Christmas Parade this Sunday and wanted to share the final details to help the day run smoothly!

What Players Should Wear

Light Blue HOME Jersey

Weather-appropriate clothing underneath

Sweatpants or jeans (based on our unpredictable TN weather!)

Comfortable walking shoes

NO pads, game-day pants, or cleats

Christmas-themed socks, beanies, or accessories are encouraged—let’s be festive football players!

Drop-Off Information

Drop-off time: 12:30 PM on 12/7

Location: Drakes Creek Softball Fields parking lot

Entrance: Enter the park from the Indian Lake entrance

Park in the lot closest to Fields 4 & 5

Players should bring their donated bag(s) of candy

A league representative will be there to gather the players and walk them to the float area.

Pick-Up Information

After the parade, players will need to be picked up in the parking lot across from the post office on Imperial Road.
We cannot transport players back to Drakes Creek Park.

The parade begins at 2 PM, but arrival time at the end point will depend on the parade’s pace. We will communicate updates as best we can, but please understand we will also be actively supervising the players and leading the float.

Float Decorating Help (Optional)

Any parents who would like to help decorate the trailer are welcome!
We will begin decorating at 10:30 AM and appreciate all the help we can get.

We’re looking forward to a wonderful parade day and can’t wait to see everyone on Sunday!

🎄 Join Us in the Hendersonville Christmas Parade! 🎄
Date: December 7, 2025
We’re excited to announce that all Football players are invited to participate in this year’s Hendersonville Christmas Parade! We would love to have as many players as possible join us for this fun community event.

Participant Details
Players will need to be available on 12/7/2025 to help decorate our parade trailer and then walk/ride the parade route.
Drop-off and pick-up times will be shared later this week.

👕 What to Wear
• Light blue home jersey
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Christmas-themed socks, beanies, and accessories are encouraged!

🍬 What to Bring
• A bag of candy to hand out along the parade route

This Thanksgiving, we are especially grateful for the heart, grit, and determination shown by our Titans players, coaches, parents, and volunteers throughout the season.

Tackle football isn’t just a sport — it’s about discipline, resilience, teamwork, and character. We’ve watched our young athletes push themselves, grow stronger, support one another, and demonstrate what it truly means to be a Titan — on and off the field.

We are thankful for:
• the players who put in the hard work and leave it all on the turf
• the parents whose commitment and encouragement never waver
• the coaches who teach not only football, but life lessons
• the volunteers and staff who keep the Hendersonville Civitan Titans running strong
