PRINCE PHILLIP went home weeks ago. He got adopted. He is one of many cats we saved from HORRIBLE situations.
The picture after his professional picture is him healthy and happy in his new home.We totally forgot to post it. 😐 The rest are him now.
We got a call a few days ago that he was not doing well. He was rushed to the vet and found out he has Wet FIP.
Today he showed up and we started him on the shots. Taught his family how to give the shots while we get him orals.
Because there is so much negativity in the world, I'm going to explain briefly this isn't something that we can predict. Some cats and honestly only God knows because there are no tests that work for FIP and I hope that people that know about the disease can chime in...it happens. It's been happening since the '60s. This HORRIFIC disease has been around since then.
And all of us including vets are still learning.
Fortunately there is a cure now.
I'm here to ask for prayers. He actually didn't look as bad as I thought he would look. I think we caught it very early and I'm very grateful to his pet parents that kept in touch.
Thank you for stopping by.
