Huge thanks to our 6 volunteers who worked 2+ hours to support Keep Haskell Beautiful. Together, we collected 12 bags of trash along the west side of the Highway 277 Bypass — great work! 🙌💚

Keep Haskell Beautiful is looking for volunteers and board members who care about our community and want to make a difference.

We are a group of local citizens who simply want to make Haskell, our home, a little nicer and a little cleaner. From community cleanups and litter prevention to beautification projects, our goal is to take pride in where we live and leave it better than we found it.

Keep Haskell Beautiful is a 501(c)(3) stand-alone nonprofit organization, driven entirely by volunteers who love this town and want to serve it.

Volunteering doesn’t just help our community, it helps YOU too. Studies show volunteering can:

💚 Thank You, Thomas Cameron 💚

As many of you know, we will soon be saying see you later to one of our dedicated Keep Haskell Beautiful members, Thomas Cameron, as he prepares for his next chapter. While we’re losing him as an official KHB member, we’re definitely keeping him as a forever friend.

From day one, Thomas moved to Haskell, loved it, and immediately got to work doing what he could to make our community a more beautiful, litter-free place to call home. Whether it was early mornings, hot afternoons, or hauling one more bag than planned, Thomas always showed up with a positive attitude and a willingness to help.

We are incredibly grateful for his hard work, commitment, and heart for Haskell. His impact can be seen along our roadsides and felt by everyone who cares about this town.

Thank you, Thomas, for choosing Haskell, serving Haskell, and loving Haskell. We wish you all the best in your next adventure: you’ll always have a place here. 💚

We are deeply saddened by the passing of a devoted member of our community. She proudly served on the board of Keep Haskell Beautiful and gave countless hours to clean-up efforts and community projects over the years. Her love for Haskell and her genuine care for the people who live here did not go unnoticed. We were truly blessed to have her as part of our team. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and all who were touched by her kindness.

Join us for the final Keep Haskell Beautiful Adopt-A-Highway cleanup of 2025!

We’ll meet on Saturday, December 6 at 2:00 PM at Kent Kwik to pick up litter along Hwy 277 and do our part to keep Haskell looking its best.

🌿 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out on Saturday, November 8 to help with the Community Cemetery Cleanup Day as part of the Keep Haskell Beautiful’s Fall Sweep! 💛

👏 We appreciate every one of you who showed up with your tools, your energy, and your community spirit! Thank you for your hard work picking up trash, trimming trees, and tidying up the grounds at Willow Cemetery. Your time and effort truly make a difference in keeping Haskell a place we can all be proud of.🌻💪

Special thanks to Abilene Environmental Landfill/AEL Green Logistics for providing water and assisting with branch hauling, and to Kent Griswold of Pecan Springs Lodge for generously donating the use of their trailer for the event.
