Brandon Burlsworth Foundation The Brandon Burlsworth Foundation was established in honor of the late Brandon Burlsworth.

PROGRAMS:
- 'Eyes of a Champion' program partners with Walmart and independent optometrists, providing eye care to thousands of pre-K through 12th grade students whose working families are trying, but still cannot afford extras like eye care, and do not qualify for state funded programs.
- 'Burls Kids' program takes underprivileged children to all Arkansas Razorback and Indianapolis Colts home ga

- 'Football Camps' - held each year in Harrison and Little Rock.
- 'Burlsworth Trophy': A national award given out to the most outstanding Division One college football player who began his career as a walk-on.
- 'The Burlsworth Character Award' - a national award available to every high school football program for a football player with outstanding character and sportsmanship.

Cindi Hagood, our Program Director of the Eyes of a Champion program, is at the Arkansas School Nurses Association Meeting today.

Through our EYES program, (and with the help of our school nurses and counselors), we provide free eye exams and glasses to preschool through 12th grade students who don’t qualify for state-funded programs, but who cannot afford glasses.
