We realized something this year… Many people in our own community didn’t know who we were—or that we even existed. So we made a change. At Hanceville Civitans, we’re focusing on showing up, reaching out, and truly connecting. We are looking for even more ways to show up for our community. We hope you see us as an asset to our community more and more. Because people don’t join because of brochures… They join because they feel welcomed, invited, and part of something. This is us showing our community who we are—and we’re just getting started. ❤️

Hanceville Civitans is committed to strengthening our community through service, outreach, and meaningful events that bring people together. From family-centered gatherings to special events that foster joy, inclusion, and connection, we work to create lasting impact right here in Hanceville.

Events like our Easter Egg Hunt, Pictures with Santa, Night to Shine, the Cullman County Christmas Parade, and Tinsel Trail are about more than entertainment — they create experiences where families feel welcomed, valued, and connected.

We are also proud to provide scholarships to Hanceville High School students and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through inclusive efforts such as interactive playground equipment.

Through every fundraiser, event, scholarship, and act of service, we strive to make Hanceville a better place for all.
