This summer, HCF will be working to raise $200,000 to unlock a generous matching opportunity from the Patterson Family Foundation! Starting July 10, donations will be matched at 25% on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach our $200,000 goal or until the campaign ends on August 10.

Please join us for our 12 Days of Christmas in July kickoff events as we embark on this exciting giving opportunity. From July 10-21, HCF is once again hosting a fun-filled mix of fundraising efforts and free community events designed to bring everyone together and spread some mid-year cheer! Check out the schedule below and watch for event registrations to open next week.

Ready for a week of outdoor adventure, creativity, and hands-on fun—without screens? Join us July 20–24 from 9:00–11:30 a.m. for our Wild Wellness Unplugged Camp at the Kansas Learning Center for Health! Kids kindergarten-6th grade will experience an old-fashioned summer camp atmosphere where imagination, nature, and learning take center stage.
*Camp activities include:

*Nature exploration
*Outdoor adventures
*Special guest visitors each day, including:

Memorial Day Ceremonies

Please join us as we honor and remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country this Memorial Day.

Volunteers are also needed to assist with placing and removing flags at the Halstead Cemetery:
Flag Placement — 6:00 AM
Flag Removal — 5:00 PM

Your help and participation are greatly appreciated as we come together to honor our veterans and fallen heroes.

What a fun evening at the Kansas Learning Center For Health Summer Kickoff! 💙

We loved seeing so many kids stop by the HCF booth to decorate their coin banks. Throughout the summer, kids are encouraged to fill their banks with spare change and return them for a treat on Friday, July 17 during Youth Giving Day as part of our 12 Days of Christmas in July campaign.

Didn’t get a bank last night? We still have extras available! Reach out or stop by the HCF office to pick one up and join the fun.

We can’t wait to see the impact Halstead’s youngest philanthropists will make in our community this summer!

Stop by our booth Wednesday to celebrate the beginning of summer and decorate a special coin bank! Kids are encouraged to fill their banks with spare change throughout the next few months, then return them during our 12 Days of Christmas in July Youth Giving Day to help make a difference right here in our community.

HCF GRANT DOLLARS AT WORK IN HALSTEAD
