We need volunteers to help make the Binder Lake Mini-Bash a success!

League events take a lot of people working together, and there are plenty of ways to get involved. From parking and check-in to course support, scoring, and more, there is a role for everyone.

If you have a little time to give, we would love to have you join us and help create a great experience for student-athletes, coaches, and families from across Missouri.

The countdown is on. The Binder Lake Mini-Bash is right around the corner, and we’re ready to kick off Season 7 with a full weekend of riding, racing, and community at Binder Park in Jefferson City.

Saturday will bring coach-led adventure rides, GRiT activities, coach training, a gear swap, and plenty of time to reconnect with teams from across Missouri. Then Sunday brings MICL’s first-ever short track race on a fun course at Binder Lake.

We can’t wait to see everyone back together and .

Calling all MICL student-athletes who love creating, storytelling, photography, video, or just sharing what makes your team special.

The 2026 Student Ambassador Challenge is your chance to help tell the story of MICL, highlight your team and trails, and inspire more kids across Missouri to get on bikes.

Complete one challenge or take on all five. Share your perspective, get creative, and you may even see your work featured by MICL or earn limited-edition ambassador swag.

NICA is about so much more than mountain biking. Through leagues like the Missouri Interscholastic Cycling League, NICA helps get kids on bikes, build character, create community, and develop lifelong athletes.

Here in Missouri, MICL provides safe, fun, and welcoming mountain bike programs for students in grades 6 through 12. Whether a rider is brand new to the sport or has been riding for years, there is a place for them.

It’s not just about racing. It’s about participation, friendships, confidence, positive sportsmanship, and having fun on bikes.

Fun. Inclusivity. Equity. Respect. Community.

That’s what NICA is all about.

It's been incredible to see practices underway, new riders learning the basics, returning athletes sharpening their skills, and teams building the friendships that make this league so special. Every practice is a chance to gain confidence, challenge yourself, and have fun on two wheels.

We're excited to see what this season has in store. Keep learning, keep encouraging each other, and most importantly, keep having fun!

We love watching riders build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun together as practices get underway across Missouri. Every season starts with the basics, and every ride is another opportunity to grow.
