As the fall colors hit their height here in Northern Michigan, thoughts turn to warmer days from this past summer and to warmer days in the future. Experiential Ink was able to award almost $10,000 in scholarships to our Camp 4 All program. This is because of the generous gifts and grants from tremendous organizations like Finn It Forward and Jamie Marie Baker, the Traverse Regional Community Foundation DEI program, Affirmations, Grosse Pointe Pride by We GP, the R.E. Olds Foundation and . So many individuals and their gifts, both time and treasure, helped us make it to this point after 3 years: more campers than ever before and a greater reach and impact than ever before. To have so many people believe in our mission and help us get LGTBQ+ youth to camp with such a small organization (just two people!) is humbling and motivating. We have come so far and the future looks so bright! Your help might not just send a teen to camp, it might also save their life! So as we wrap up 2023, and look to 2024, we will be asking for more help to impact even more lives. Thank you for your faith in us and our ability to impact so many lives!

Finn-Tober Fest (Part 2)

After the 4th Annual race, we headed over to the Berkshire Busking!!!!! Beth Kurta, I am so honored that you guys chose Finn It Forward as the recipient for your event! The music was top notch, the venue was perfect and it was such a fun addition to our big day! Big Thanks to Brian Moore, Missy Kinyon, Liz Fornal, Eastside Elvis and all the members of Not 2 Nite! You guys are incredible and I’ll never forget what you did for us! This awesome show contributed an additional $1100 to our total for the day!

There’s so many great people and so much love in this community- we are all so lucky!

Thank you- to everybody who helped make the 4th Annual Finn-Tober Fest such a special and successful day! We had 124 people registered to run/walk and 20 dinosaurs in our relay!

The over-all winner of the 4mile Run was a 12 year old from West Bloomfield- named Finn! (🥹)

The Science Olympiad team took a solid First place in the relay! (But the “T-Wrecks” won their age group 😉🤪)

Thank you to the awesome friends, Board Members, and volunteers who held down registration, the merchandise table, and the people who helped all along the course! You guys are amazing and an honor to know all of you!
