Lawrenceville Family Advocate/Bus Aide - Part-Time (29hrs/wk)
Charleston Teacher Aide - Full-Time

High-School Diploma or GED is required for all positions.
All Head Start positions start at $15.70 an hour. Teacher and Teacher Aide starting pay is based on education, $15.70-$23.05
Full Time Employment Benefits include:
Paid time off, 401K, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Wellness Program. Options for Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Short Term Disability and Aflac.

Monday 11 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday-Thursday 9 am - 2:30 pm

We're happy to support the University of Illinois Extension- Clark, Crawford, Edgar Counties efforts to raise awareness on the effects of poverty by sharing information about their upcoming Poverty Simulation!

One of our team members will be attending this important event to learn more about the realities many families face and how communities can work together to make a difference ❤

If you own a business, serve on a board, are a nonprofit director, or hold a community leadership role, we invite and encourage you to participate in our upcoming Clark, Crawford, and Edgar County Poverty Simulation!

This interactive experience provides a unique opportunity to better understand the challenges faced by many individuals and families in our county. By gaining insight into the realities of poverty, participants can identify ways to strengthen services, build partnerships, and work together to create a more supportive community for all.

Last week, members of our Housing and Homeless Programs were able to attend the 2026 Housing Matters Convention in Champaign to collaborate with others about all things Housing! 🏠

Two of our very own; Sandy Deters and Marilda Eadie, gave speeches on Navigating Federal Changes in Housing Counseling and Diversifying Funding Streams in Uncertain Times. 🎤

We thank the hosts for the opportunity to be a part of such an educational experience, and are proud we had such a great group to represent ERBA there! ❤🏠
