Christmas in the Village is still on for tonight! Its like a Hallmark movie with festive decorations and snow outside! Our Village workers are doing their best to keep roads and sidewalks clear! Dress warm. Drive safe! Enjoy a fun and festive evening with a warm meal and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Plus great craft gifts too!

🎄✨ Christmas in the Village is ON! ✨🎄

Join us Saturday, December 13 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
📍 Greenup Municipal Building — warm, cozy, and full of holiday cheer!

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to sub-freezing temperatures, all outdoor events — including the Lighted Parade — have been cancelled.
All festivities will take place indoors at the Municipal Building.

🧥🎁 Ugly Sweater Contest
Break out your ugliest sweater and join the fun at 6:30 p.m.
Hosted by the Toledo Democrat!

🎅🤶 Enjoy a magical evening with:

✨ UPDATE: Christmas in the Village ✨

The Greenup Volunteer Committee has decided to move forward with hosting the event this Saturday from 5–8 p.m. at the Greenup Municipal Building.

However, due to weather conditions, the outdoor activities (Horse & Buggy Rides and the S’Mores station by the Greenup Fire Department) have been cancelled.

Craft vendors are encouraged to set up early.
Doors will be open Friday and Saturday at 8 a.m.

🎄 Inside Activities:
It will be warm inside with a free hot soup and chili meal, Santa & Mrs. Claus, kids’ games and activities, and more!

🎄 Lighted Parade:
More information about the parade will be announced soon as additional weather updates become available.
