Join the local surf & paddle board community for a morning dose of "Gulf Therapy." Let's tackle mental health issues with a simple recipe - saltwater, sun and sand. Paddle out with the community and start the weekend off right. Salt water is always healing, therapeutic and the perfect solution for a balanced life. This paddle out will start at the Western Lake boat launch in Grayton Beach at the e

nd of Hotz Avenue just past Banfill Road. We will launch the boards there then head over to the Gulf where the beach connects. This way you can get comfortable paddling in the Gulf with support from us or choose a mellow paddle in the lake. Trust me though playing in the waves or better yet catching one is the best feeling ever! If there are waves, you can also bring a surfboard. Hosted by Amanda Abbott and Adventure 30A. Gulf Therapy will be a monthly event the First and Third Friday of every month at 7am at Western Lake boat launch & the Gulf in Grayton Beach.

Who is ready for some morning bliss tomorrow? The Gulf will be too rough to paddle but there is plenty to explore on the lake. The last Gulf Therapy was perfect with clear minds, blue skies, calm waters, open outflow, hot coffee and plenty of smiles! The weather and water conditions couldn’t have been better. I love heading into the summer season where more people can get out on the water. Save the date for the next one June 5th.

A very special feature by Niche Magazine. Thank you so much for the beautiful article written by Chris Dickerson and contributors and as well as photographers , Mike Ragsdale and Robert Young with for the stunning imagery (I promise I did relay photo credit and it says photos came from me on the article, so there was some confusion). So grateful to get to lead this group for our community and create an impact and a platform for peace. Thank you to my cousin for having his agents attend a Gulf Therapy session and advocates like who helped make it happen. Such a beautiful event to spread Christmas cheer on the water with the community. The boys also were stoked on some waves the we were nourished at The Space after with healthy snacks, hot cider and bone broth cocoa. We boosted our immunity with that hot and cold therapy with the amazing barrel sauna and ice baths…which you know are my fave! ❄️🎅🎄🌊🏄‍♀️ Gratitude to everyone that made it. Hope you all have a beautiful holiday season.
