Join the local surf & paddle board community for a morning dose of "Gulf Therapy." Let's tackle mental health issues with a simple recipe - saltwater, sun and sand. Paddle out with the community and start the weekend off right. Salt water is always healing, therapeutic and the perfect solution for a balanced life. This paddle out will start at the Western Lake boat launch in Grayton Beach at the e

nd of Hotz Avenue just past Banfill Road. We will launch the boards there then head over to the Gulf where the beach connects. This way you can get comfortable paddling in the Gulf with support from us or choose a mellow paddle in the lake. Trust me though playing in the waves or better yet catching one is the best feeling ever! If there are waves, you can also bring a surfboard. Hosted by Amanda Abbott and Adventure 30A. Gulf Therapy will be a monthly event the First and Third Friday of every month at 7am at Western Lake boat launch & the Gulf in Grayton Beach.

I am offering 2 free spots for this overnight retreat for someone in need. Please comment below if you are interested or know someone who needs a reset. I can draw names if we get lots of people. I have reserved two twin beds in the lofted area so you will need to climb up a ladder or if I know soon enough before it’s sold out I may be able to switch to a bedroom but that would only be one bed so one person unless two people are ok with sharing a bed. Please comment below with your suggestions.

Woohoo! Paddle for Peace tickets are LIVE for September 19th. Y'all we have an awesome line up for music too: Swan Michelle & Light Honey Sound & Healing, Sarah Again, Stevie Monce with special guest Devin Hayes, Tanner Lee Gray , and Dion Jones & The Neon Tears. It is going to be an amazing day. Raffle isn't live yet but will be soon. Working on some YOLO Board + Bike items that will be solidified shortly. Reach out if you are open to contributing to better mental health in our community as a fiscal sponsor or a raffle sponsor. If you need a board for the event be sure to secure as there are limited spots. Do the general registration if you are bringing a board which still includes breakfast, lunch, music and good vibes!

It’s no secret that in today’s world, our mental health and peace is one of the biggest things that we need to give more attention to.
