Thank God he's in charge, and we are not. If we feel lost in the desert or high up on the mountain, God is over it all, and we have nothing to fear.

88.3 WCQR invites you to come play outside this summer! Tag a friend who won't want to miss this! 👇

We would love for you and your family to join us for Popsicles in the Park this year! We’ll be at Steele Creek Park in Bristol from 3 until 7 on Friday, June 12th. You’ll find us next to the splash pad. Your 88.3 WCQR will be handing out popsicles, and thanks to Bristol Parks & Rec, there will be games, inflatables, a dunk tank, and more.

We are grateful that Bristol, TN Parks and Recreation is partnering with us to make this event a wonderful, fun, and family-friendly activity. And special thanks to our ministry partner, Bojangles, for sponsoring this event.

It's 2 weeks away, and we can't wait! 😁

I am so glad I live in East Tennessee. It is so beautiful, and I sometimes can't stop staring out at the hills in awe. I love when God reminds us through the little things just how Great He is. ~Casey, your 88.3 WCQR social gal.

Hey it's R-Honda from The Morning Show, giving a big welcome to Honda Kingsport - thank you for supporting the ministry of WCQR!

A note from a mother to her graduating senior:

My Sweet Graduate,

I remember when you were just 3 years old.
You ran through life barefoot and fearless.
You laughed with your whole heart, asked a thousand questions,
and found wonder in the smallest things.
You didn’t worry about being enough.

Do me a favor... Don’t lose her.

Keep her joy.
Keep her curiosity. Keep the light that made people smile the moment she walked into a room. Do you know that you still do?

Life will have seasons that may make you feel smaller, insignificant, or alone. But my sweet graduate, that couldn't be further from the truth.

I pray you continue to move through this world with the same wonder, courage, and kindness you carried when you were little.

And when the decisions and weight of the world feel overwhelming, remember this:
You are still that deeply loved little girl. You're just stronger now.

I am so proud of you, and I always will be.
