A HUGE shoutout to some of our incredible charters, their captains and crew.

The 2026 Rockfish Rodeo Fishing Tournament couldn’t happen without the amazing local charter boat captains lending their time, boats, and expertise. These folks know the Chesapeake Bay, and are ready to put our anglers right on the fish.

Whether you're competing for the $1,000 top prize or just out to enjoy a great morning on the water, you're in the best hands possible. Some of our participating boats are, Chasing Tail, Julie Marie, Lucky Dog, and the Marylander.

Happy International Dog Day from all of us at Talisman Therapeutic Riding!

Our barn dogs aren't just great at supervising operations and greeting visitors, they are a true part of our family here at the center. From keeping an eye on the horses to offering a extra tail wag when anyone needs a lift, these furry friends bring so much comfort, joy, and warmth to our barn every single day.

Today, we're giving our hard-working pups a little extra love (and maybe a few extra treats!)
