North Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (NTONL) and North Central Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (NCONL) are proud sponsoring partners for the DFW presentation of SHIFT Nursing: Everybody's Work.

"Rooted in data and real-life nursing experiences, “Everybody’s Work” examines the complexities of structural racism within the nursing profession through the lens of personal experience. By centering the untold stories of practicing nurses and nursing educators, leaders and advocates across the nation, the film spotlights the work being done despite alack of resources and, at times, opposition from colleagues or the institutions where they are trying to make a difference. These stories emphasize the continuous work everyone needs to do to create a more just, equitable and inclusive environment for nurses and their patients."

Join us for spirited fellowship and an opportunity to dig deeper through a moderated discussion following the viewing. Don't forget to bring a friend! We hope you can join us. Space is limited. Sign-up via the link below.
