Good evening Mira Lagos Residents,

We received an updated delivery estimate from TDIndustries this afternoon regarding the replacement compressor for the fitness center HVAC system.

The compressor is now expected to arrive on Friday. TDI is hopeful that it will arrive early enough in the day for their technicians to complete the installation that same day.

Quick update - At this time, Friday remains the anticipated repair date, but the final installation timing will depend on when the compressor is actually delivered. We do not want to promise a reopening time until the part is onsite, the repair is completed, and the system has been tested and confirmed to be operating properly.

We know the continued closure has been frustrating and appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through the parts delay. The fitness center will remain closed until proper cooling has been restored.

We will send another update as soon as the repair is completed or if the delivery timeline changes.

Thank you,
Mira Lagos HOA Management

We wanted to provide another update regarding the fitness center HVAC repair.

TDIndustries contacted us today to advise that delivery of the replacement compressor has been delayed. As of this evening, the parts may be a few days away from arriving.

TDI’s team will be checking on the shipment and updated ETA throughout the day tomorrow so that we can provide the community with a more reliable installation timeline as soon as one is available.

We understand this is not the update anyone was hoping for. Unfortunately, commercial HVAC replacement parts are currently in limited supply and high demand, and the availability of this particular compressor is outside of the Association’s control.

The fitness center will remain closed until the repair is completed and proper cooling has been restored. This continues to be a risk-management and safety decision given the temperatures and the nature of the facility.

We appreciate everyone’s continued patience and will send another update as soon as we receive a firm delivery and installation date.

Thank you,
Mira Lagos HOA Management

We wanted to provide an update regarding the temporary closure of the clubhouse gym.

The gym will need to remain closed until the air conditioning system is repaired. Given the current temperatures and the nature of the space, keeping the gym closed is a risk-management and safety decision.

We understand the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while we work to get the gym back open as quickly as reasonably possible. We will provide another update once the repair has been approved and we have a better timeline for reopening.

Thank you,
Mira Lagos HOA Management
