We would like to thank the Department of Education for awarding ROPI this plaque. We are pleased with the development of Balibago Primero Integrated School and we hope to help them accomplish their goals. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!!!!

The Student Council of Balibago Primero Integrted School, under the leadership of Abegail, Nunga, volunteered to support the BPIS Remedial Class Gift-giving slated on December 10, 2025, at its open court premises. The principal, Rose Cabarios, and teacher Annabelle Gonzales, are active partners of Roscon Organization Pilipinas Inc. (ROPI), SEC registered here and in Texas as a subsidiary of Roscon Foundation, Inc.. The office of ROPI is located in Balibago Primero, hence, the choise of BPIS as its major beneficiary. Roscon Foundation, or RFI, is proud to announce the awarding of ROPI as one of the major stakeholders of Region III, Island of Luzon, Philipines, in the field of academics and pusuit of educational advancement in the province of Tarlac.

We have accomplished a lot of activities since 2019 here in Tarlac City. We focused on the improvement of Balibago Primero Integrated School, a highly-recognized public school in the province of Tarlac by the Region III Department of Education. Roscon Organization Pilipinas Inc. (TOPI), Roscon's subsidiary in Luzon, was awarded as a major stakeholder in the field of Education by the Region's Department of Education, the plaque displayed in its office at Block 3, Balibago Primero. We take pride in contributing to the development of this public school that has garnered a lot of medals for its students in the field of education, arts and music. This is also a pride for Texas because as founders of this Texas public charity, we linked the East with the West to share their resources for global peace, unity and cultural awareness. In fact, our festival tours started in 2012 has accomplished a lot of connections between the State of TEXAS and the province of TARLAC.

When a family fiend, Vangie Reyes, visited, my sister David and I took her to the Reliquary of the True CXross, known as the MONASTERIO DE SAN JOSE. This land was donated by the Yap Family some decades ago which allowed the German priests to transfer the relic of Jesus Christ to the Philippines. This is the greatest contribution that the Yap family made to their country which proved their dedication to the Christian faith. We have always included this tourist spot in our Festival Tours and we have testimonies of miracles experienced by the believers. The place, after a long, long drive to the mountain, allows peace and comfort to the tourists when they arrive at this destination. Feel the presence of the Lord in the Church. Submit your request to Him and believe in His power. Welcome to MONASTERYO DE SAN JOSE OF TARLAC CITY!!!!

My first serious job in Dallas, Texas, about thirty six yars ago, was with Hilton Hotels. I was a floor manager and I have to walk through several floors of rooms to check on the quality of cleaning of the cleaners underneath my supervision. In one of the conference rooms I would check is a frame that had a quote from Conrad Hilton, the founder of the hotel cvhains. I kept it in my notes and I never realized how important it is to repeat it to some people who I know can afford to give, or share, but would not because they think charity is insignificant. I vslurf tis quopte he admonished to his co-owners, staff and family. No wonder the Hiltons are so blessed.

Carol just posted an activity Roscon Foundation did to raise funds in 2015, where the children's chorus in Dallas showed their musical talents and obtained a standing ovation from the guests. The chariman is hoping that the same activity can be carried out in the Philippines, particularly the province of Tarlac, where the subsidiary of Roscon is located, the Roscon Organization Pilipinas Inc. known as EOPI by the members.

An active direcor of Roscon Foundation, Covington Lighfoot, better known as Shirley Lightfoot to us, donated to a non-profit in Texas doing missions in Kenya. I posted years ago that Philippines and Africa has one common game - their mancala versus our sungka, but the same principles of the game is followed. The same with charity. The heart goes where the heart feels love. Our Foundation recognies all peoples of all colors, creeds and common goals. We follow the educational development of Africa while we immerse in our academic projects in the Philippines. We convey our hearts where it is needed. So tomorrow, Wednesday, December 10, we will hold the REMEDIAL CLASS GIFT-GIVING PROGRAM at the Balibago Primero Integrated School, to motivate, encourage and support those students who need them to be at par with their peers in school. I am so grateful for those who helped us raise the gifts and meals to support these students, to wit: Edison & Lou Ann Cutero of ROPI, Aurora Ejida, Aida and Edna of City Mall Zumba Lovers, Soly McCary, Shirley Lightfoot, Rndal Smith and Sandra Torres of Dallas, Texas, Mags Baylan of North Carolina, and Cory Bluestreet of Indianapolis, Indiana. Roscon Foundation could not continue to function without these generous benefactors.

I don't see any posts anymore from Jerry Salinas, a fictitious character posting as a Roscon Foundation staff or crew member. Nobody in the Foundation knows him. I got tired trying to hunt him down, so I decided just to warn my friends abroad that he is an unknown member of the organization. He does not exist. Here are two of the pictures he posted on his wall where none of those could confirm his identity. Just be warned because an officer of the organization sent $20.00 via Facebook and it never reached us. I am the only officer soliciting for donations because I am authorized to issue tax certificates for deductions on incom tax returns. IRS will not honor any certificate issued without my name and signature on them. Please be warned. Thank you.

Introducing the Intern of Roscon Organozation Pilipinas, Inc. (ROPI), a subsidiary of ROSCON FOUNDATION, INC., in Tarlac City, Region III, for 2025-+2026. If her internship becomes successful, she will be the first scholar of ROPI qualified to enroll at the Tarlac State University as a Scholar commencing 2026 schoolyear. She was highly recommended by one of the teaching faculty of Balibago Primero Integrated School, who knows her personally and conveyed Arnie's intent to learn financial administration and domestic management for future academics. She will be trained under the supervision of President Edison Cutero and Chairman Carolina C. Smith, to be supported by Corporate Secretary Gerladine Tamayo of Victoria, Tarlac.

Another community service has been approved by Roscon Foundation to its ally in Tarlac City, ROSCON ORGANIZATION PILIPINAS, INC. OR ROPI. Transparency, dilligence and commitment are the major attributes of this Foundation that has served the community for thirty years, and it continues to do so with the support towards ROPI that supports needy communities. The latest request was to support the fire victims of a family at Maliwalo, Tarlac. Arrangements have been done to set the date for the delivery to their residence of the goods and foods to help the family. Should anyone out there wishes to contribute to th is cause, we have the gcash account of our treasurer to receive them We have monthly reports of thei missions and we are so proud of the accomplishments of this volunteers in Balibago Primero who never cease to jump at the opportunity to serve the needy residents.
