Here is the information for our Optimist Club of Grand Prairie's 15th Annual "Jimmy Pengelly BIG BASS BONANZA" Open Black Bass Tournament, which will be held on Joe Pool Lake, May 18, 2019. This tournament raises the funds for all our Kids and Youth Projects. Whether you fish or not, come on out and join us for a great day of fun and fellowship. DFW Bassmasters will again partner with us, hosting their 13th Annual Kids Fishing Tournament. For poster, entry form and information, please go to our Optimist website, www.optimistgp.org. Hope all you bass fishermen are getting ready - time is almost here for the Fourteenth Optimist "Jimmy Pengelly BIG BASS BONANZA" Tournament. Early registration, hot dogs and visiting this Friday evening from 5 - 8 pm, Lynn Creek Park, under the big Grand Bank tent. Hope to see you all there ! ! ! Gates will open Saturday morning, May 19th at 5 am for registration, boat check and launch. Will have coffee and donuts at registration site, as usual. Hourly cash prize for big bass is $100 and overall tournament big bass is $1,500. Pulled pork meal after tournament for all contestants donated by Texas Roadhouse.

The Twelvth annual JPBBB Open Black Bass Tournament will be held this Saturday, May 21, 2016. Gates will open at 5am, Joe Pool Lake Lynn Creek Park, Grand Prairie, TX. Early registration will be same place, Friday evening from 5 - 8 pm. Come on out, get registered, visit and have a hot dog with us. We will have another great tournament and look forward to seeing you.
