Who is this little one?

My first pregnancy loss last year that I had at the end of April. A month after losing my mother, which was a a month after losing my Grandma.

I drew this on a welcome home sign hoping I’d get a cute reaction, because this baby had a sign that said “love you”. I got nothing, I got dismissed, I got mocked and silently judged.

But my creative side, is my sweet side, it’s how I can connect without being loud, because when I tried to explain myself, it just sounded like chaos because of my anxiety.

This is why mental health matters and sitting and getting to know one another matters.

This is why mental health support matters.

Because life isn’t black and white, and no two people are the same.

Thank you to those few who believed in me and pushed me to keep believing and keep dreaming this year. I couldn’t have gotten here without you!

Love doesn’t have to be loud to exist

Have you ever been so excited about launching something, just to suddenly realize the excitement got a little too far ahead… faster than you could catch up to?

You want to know the real reason and purpose why we are here?

For moments just like this.

Real, honest moments that humble you and make you realize that sometimes excitement can move faster than wisdom. And instead of getting overwhelmed, spiraling, backtracking, or shutting everything down in panic… what do we need to do?

Be honest with ourselves.

Whether it’s using AI to generate your voice and build something rapid fire, letting it become the creator entirely, or even just communicating with people we care about, and sometimes people we don’t, because sometimes, all we are trying to do, is to be seen, be validated and finally be heard, that we don’t always realize when it becomes too much at once.

AI, dopamine highs and adrenaline can be exciting, and they can be incredibly valuable as a tool.

But that’s exactly what it should remain:
a tool.

If you don’t take the time to read, say, or do what needs to be done the right way, communication fails. What once felt valuable and meaningful can quickly become noise, chaos, and control.

Then again…

Not everything needs to be said.
And not everything needs to be read.
