🎀 PANELIST SPOTLIGHT: Aaron Memphis Smith

One of the things I love most about The Earned Seat at the Table is that every person brings a unique perspective, a powerful story, and a voice that deserves to be heard.
Aaron M. Smith said YES to the table, and I'm excited for you to hear why.

Aaron brings a perspective rooted in leadership, advocacy, purpose, transparency, and real-life experience. His voice will add depth to a conversation that is designed to move beyond surface-level discussion and into the realities people face every day.

Take a moment to watch his video and hear directly from him.

No scripts.
No filters.
No pretending.

Just real people.
Real stories.
Real conversations.

🚨 WE ARE ALMOST AT THE TABLE... 🚨

The ladies have been chosen.
The conversation is set.

But I still need ONE MORE MAN to take his seat at the table.

Not a perfect man.
Not a man with all the answers.

Just a man willing to have a real conversation about life, leadership, relationships, mental health, entrepreneurship, friendship, and the things men often carry in silence.

This was the moment. πŸŽ“βœ¨

The moment Tiffany Green called my name. The moment I walked onto that stage. The moment she placed that degree in my hands.

And for a second, everything else faded away.

I could hear my Babe screaming for me. I could hear my Sis screaming for me.

It was one of those moments that you don't just see... you feel.

As I walked onto that stage, I wasn't walking alone...
My father was right there with me, pinned to my chest.

The same father whose picture button I thought I had lost. The same father whose blue and yellow funeral colors somehow found their way into my dress and nails.

Whew.

It was just a real moment.

A moment of gratitude. A moment of reflection. A moment of realizing how far I've come.

Yesterday, I received an Honorary Doctorate in Business Leadership and Cultural Impact.

Today, I'm still trying to find the words.

Because no matter how many times I replay this moment in my mind, it still doesn't feel real.

Dr. Mikkita L. Moore.
