_For many elderly residents in Agbarha-Otor Town, accessing quality healthcare remains a daily challenge. But on May 3, 2026, hope arrived through the Madam Victoria Medical Outreach, proudly sponsored by The Mayor Rural Development Foundation._

_Men and women aged 45 years and above received free medical consultations, health screenings, medications, and vital health education—services many could not otherwise afford_.

_Behind every blood pressure check was a life cared for._
_Behind every medication dispensed was a family strengthened._

It was an honor to serve our elders (45 years and above) in Agbarha-Otor, providing essential health support in memory of the late Madam Victoria Oji Ishokare. At the heart of our foundation is a simple, powerful mission: Empowering lives for a better future.

The past few weeks have marked a defining moment in the journey of the Mayor Rural Development Foundation as we successfully launched the Youth & Women Skill Acquisition Centre in Emevor and hosted the 2nd Edition of our Award & Recognition Ceremony in Ozoro, Delta State.

From empowering young people and women with practical skills for sustainable livelihoods to celebrating outstanding individuals whose lives continue to inspire positive change, these events reaffirm our commitment to transforming rural communities through education, empowerment, healthcare, and economic opportunities.

We were honoured by the presence of traditional rulers, government officials, development stakeholders, community leaders, and distinguished award recipients who all shared one common vision — a better future for our people.
