Behind every great patrol is an epic brainstorming session. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Collaboration is at the heart of the Patrol Method. At our last troop meeting, the Scouts put their heads together to come up with a name and a patch design that represents who they are as a team. Ultimately they decided to continue the conversation next time.

Watching them negotiate, compromise, and build their team identity from scratch is what Scouting is all about.

We’re dreaming of cooler trails, but prepping for the summer sun! Last night we knocked out our upcoming camping itinerary and learned how to spot dehydration before it hits.

Join us for the annual Cops & Bobbers Fishing Derby on Saturday, June 13 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am!

Lake Becerra (1736 Paul Avenue) has been freshly stocked with over 1,100 fish for our free, family friendly, catch and release event! No pre-registration is required and the will be providing the tastiest worms!

Who will reel in the biggest catch? There’s only one way to find out!

Tying it all together at last night’s troop meeting! 🪢

Our scouts spent the evening practicing the basics of knot tying. From square knots to clove hitches, we’re making sure these skills stick (and don’t slip!). Big shoutout to everyone who pushed through the tangled fingers to get it right. Practice makes perfect!
