On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, surrounded by family, friends, educators, Chamber leaders, and Village officials, the 2026 Kathy Gulazlas Scholarship recipients were honored at the Glendale Heights Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. This year, four remarkable students were selected from a competitive group of applicants: Zainab Ahmed, Gavin Breede, Juan Pablo Pazos, and Luis Trejo. On Wednesday, May 13, the Chamber hosted its quarterly Breakfast Club at El Famous Burrito, located at 1165 Bloomingdale Road in Glendale Heights. The event began with informal networking with a mix of familiar faces and first-time attendees. Following breakfast, attendees gathered for introductions, sharing information about their organizations and plans they have for the summer. We extend our thanks to owner Kevin Walker and the staff of El Famous Burrito for hosting this Breakfast Club. A number of guests commented that they plan to return for a meal and will keep this restaurant in mind for future catering needs.

There's still time to submit applications for scholarships from the Glendale Heights Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber offers up to three $1000 scholarships as financial assistance towards educational goals.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior and either a resident of Glendale Heights or have an immediate family member who is an active member of the Glendale Heights Chamber of Commerce.

Pronto’s Pizzeria hosted our After Hours event on Wednesday, April 15, where guests enjoyed lively conversation over pizza and appetizers. We were especially grateful for the attendance of Mayor Giannelli and Village Administrator Doug Flint, along with the Chamber members who took the time to join us and make the evening a success.

Join us for our upcoming After Hours Networking Event at Pronto’s Pizzeria, located at 2260 Bloomingdale Road, on Wednesday, April 15 from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. This relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering is a great opportunity to build new relationships, reconnect with fellow members, and expand your network in a casual setting.

Admission is $10 for Chamber members and $15 for guests, and includes appetizers and soda.

Wednesday, April 1 was an exciting day at the Multi-Chamber 2026 Economic Outlook Luncheon & Business Expo held at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort!

With participation from 28 chambers across 6 counties, the event brought together 300+ attendees and featured 43 business expo tables—creating an atmosphere for networking, collaboration, and growth.

Attendees also gained valuable insights from the keynote speaker, who shared a forward-looking economic outlook for the remainder of 2026.

A big thank you to the Westmont Chamber of Commerce for organizing such an outstanding event!
