Pending home sales in May increased by 3.8% month-over-month and 4.8% year-over-year, MoM and YoY pending home sales rose in the Northeast, Midwest, South and West.

🐾 What a Paws-itively Wonderful Evening! 🐾

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the SCAOR Affiliate Committee's Paws for a Cause Fundraiser benefiting Grass Roots Rescue at Crooked Hammock Brewery in Lewes!

With beautiful weather, a fantastic crowd, adorable adoptable dogs, and an incredible collection of raffle baskets donated by our generous Affiliates and sponsors, the evening was filled with community spirit and compassion for a great cause.

From wagging tails and happy faces to prize winners and new friends, it was a wonderful reminder of what can happen when people come together to support animals in need.
