That’s a wrap for our LifeWise 6th grade class! What a wonderful year it has been with these amazing students. ❤️

We finished the year with an impactful lesson from their very first LifeWise teacher, Mrs. G (Hannah Gilliland). She visited our classroom today and shared a powerful message about “not drifting.” Each student received a keychain symbolizing today’s lesson…a sailboat, an anchor, a helm, a lighthouse, and a life preserver.

Mrs. G reminded the students that even distractions that may seem small or insignificant can slowly cause us to drift away from God without even realizing it. But when we stay anchored in God’s truth, we can be a light to those around us. We must protect what we allow into our ears, eyes, minds, and hearts. 💛

We truly believe these kids have the opportunity to live lives of great impact, and we are so proud of the growth we have seen in them this year. What a blessing it has been to walk alongside them this school year!

Wishing all of our LifeWise students and families a wonderful, restful, and fruitful summer! ⭐️

This week was our final elementary LifeWise class of the school year, and what an incredible year it has been! ❤️ We had such a fun class...make sure to find some familiar faces in the many pictures below👇

Our elementary students spent the year learning scripture, growing in Godly teachings and wisdom, and developing important character qualities like kindness, courage, respect, and compassion. Watching these young hearts learn and grow has been such a blessing!

We laughed together, learned together, asked big questions, and made wonderful memories along the way. We are so proud of each and every student and thankful for our amazing volunteers, families, and supporters who made this year possible.

As we head into summer, we pray these lessons continue to shine brightly in the hearts of our students. 🌟

ATTENTON CURRENT 7TH GRADE PARENTS‼️

We are so excited for what’s ahead for our 8th grade students in the upcoming school year! This group was part of our very first 7th grade LifeWise class this school year, and we had such a fantastic first semester together. It was a joy to grow in Scripture, build meaningful connections, and see students engage in thoughtful discussion and real-life application.

As they head into 8th grade, we’re thrilled to continue that journey and will have the opportunity to offer our very first 8th grade LifeWise class, taking place during the second semester next school year. We hope your student will join us for an impactful time of growing together!

Schedule: Second Semester Only
Day: Thursdays (B Days), similar to this years structure
Time: Block 3

This week our 6th graders spent their time in celebration of all of the learning they did this year ⭐️

Pizza party, games, store day! Don’t let the silly class picture fool you…these kids know their stuff!! They knew every single review/Pictionary question, even the ones learned in previous years from the Old Testament.

We know that middle school is filled with so much for these kids. We believe that sharing the love and truth of Jesus while having fun is imperative to meeting them where they are at and supporting them in where they are going. God has great plans for these kids!

A look back in time!!! Oh, how they have grown... in size, in age, and in number! 💛

These (now 6th grade) students were part of our very first LifeWise classes as 3rd graders back in the spring of 2023 when we launched our pilot program. Since then, this class has matured in so many ways…from their Bible knowledge and their relationship with Jesus to their pursuit of strong character and leadership. We are so proud of them!

They are truly a joy to teach, and we are so grateful they were entrusted to us three years ago. As we look ahead, our 7th-grade class for next year is currently just two spots away from being at the schools max capacity. We know middle schoolers have choices, and we are honored they choose to spend time with us each week. We love walking alongside them and watching them grow into curious, kind, energetic, passionate, intelligent, and faith-filled young people. God is good and just being a small part of our students journey is such a blessing ❤️

While looking back is fun and fills us with so much gratitude…we know God still has so much more in store for our students and LifeWise Garrett! The best is yet to come!
