Teamwork creates solutions. ⚽

This week, A3 Premier teams are focused on building up and creating space.

Width stretches the field. Movement off the ball creates passing options. Changing the point of attack can help the team move away from pressure.

These actions may look individual, but their purpose is collective: make the game easier for a teammate.

Create space. Offer a solution. Move forward together. 💙⚽

More than the result. ⚽💙

Tournament weekends give players opportunities to compete, adjust, support teammates, and respond when the game changes.

Those lessons may show up in a new role, a strong response after a setback, or a teammate stepping forward for the group.

We’re proud of the way A3 teams represented the club throughout the weekend. Thank you to our players, coaches, managers, and families for making the experience possible.

More chances to play. More chances to grow. ⚽💙

Saturday’s U8 5v5 Play-Day with Davidsonville Athletic Association was built around a simple idea: give young players more opportunities to play, learn, and enjoy the game.

This was not a tournament—no standings, winners, or trophies. Just more touches, more decisions, and more chances to solve problems in a small-sided environment.

A3 values 5v5 because it keeps players involved and helps them build skills and confidence for the larger game. By working with a neighboring organization, we created more meaningful game time at no additional cost to families.

Thank you to Davidsonville for helping make this player-first experience possible.

A3 Soccer is proud to announce a new strategic player-development partnership with . ⚽💪

This partnership connects A3’s team-based player pathway and community programming with Fern Athletics’ club-neutral expertise in technical soccer training, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and athlete development.

A3 players and families will begin seeing the partnership through winter performance support at MAC Arena, preferred pricing on eligible Fern programming, World Cup and Friday Night collaboration, educational opportunities, and future joint programming.

Both organizations will continue doing what they do best—while working together to provide players, coaches, and families with more resources and meaningful development opportunities.

Stronger Connections | Brighter Futures. 💙

What makes a successful County weekend? ⚽💙

A player gets meaningful minutes.
A teammate offers encouragement.
A coach helps someone try again.
A child leaves asking when they can play next.

Scores are part of the game, but participation, confidence, friendships, and fun are what keep players growing.

Thank you to our volunteer coaches and families for helping every player find a place to play at A3.

Small steps matter. ⚽💙

For our Futures players, development may look like joining an activity, stopping the ball, trying again, or celebrating a teammate.

Those moments build comfort, confidence, and a lasting love of the game. Every player deserves a positive first step at A3.

September at A3 ⚽🍂

One month. Many programs. Hundreds of small moments that move players forward.

September brought Premier training and league play, County practices and games, Futures and World Cup energy, Junior Academy learning, Friday-night soccer, goalkeeper work, high-school competition, and coaches supporting players at every stage.

The season is still young, but teams are taking shape and players are building confidence one session, one decision, and one experience at a time.

Thank you to our players, coaches, managers, families, staff, and volunteers for a great month.

Here is September at A3. 💙⚽

Why We Play ⚽💙

The best parts of a County Soccer weekend are not always found on the scoreboard.

They are in the player who tries something new.

The teammate who offers encouragement.

The volunteer coach who helps a young player understand the game.

The family cheering from the sideline.

The smile that comes from being active, included, and part of a team.

A3 County Soccer is about participation, development, community, and fun.

Thank you to everyone helping create those moments this fall.
