High Hope Freeport Guided by the High Hope narrative, we believe in fostering hope and resilience by empowering individuals and families to rise above trauma.

High Hope Freeport builds a safer, more connected Freeport by addressing community violence through youth engagement, mentoring, education, support services, and entrepreneurship—while linking High Hope areas to resources and supporting the impacted. tiatives, trauma-informed care, and mentorship. HHF’s mission is to support the transformation of high-hope areas, connecting those areas to meaningful resources, and enhancing social consciousness through activism. HHF engages directly with the community to reduce violence through working directly in neighborhoods, connecting individuals to programs and services, providing mediation, mentoring, and support for individuals impacted by violence, and creating positive relationships and fostering peacebuilding activities at the neighborhood level As a boots-on-the-ground organization, we implement anti-gun violence programs and initiatives that directly address the needs of our community, providing education, resources, and healing to those affected by gun violence. Through partnerships, outreach, and active engagement, we work tirelessly to create a safer, more peaceful Freeport where every resident can thrive without fear of violence.

Something BIG is happening at Hope WINS, and we’re inviting our entire community to come be part of it!

In celebration of National Good Neighbor Day, we’re opening the doors to our NEW Hope WINS space for a special Extreme Makeover: Hope WINS Edition Open House Fundraiser!

Before the paint, projects, and transformation begin, we want YOU to come see the space, dream with us, and help us turn this building into a place where children and families can connect, grow, feel supported, and find HOPE. 🩷💚

If you are a small business and you want to help these children make their dreams come true of going to europe, we’re gonna need your help. ✈️ You can donate a basket, or a couple items we can put into a basket for you so we can auction these off to raise money for the European Pretzel Tour of 2027! We will also promote your small business on a separate flyer so people can check your business out 💚🙏🏼 Deadline is October 1st so please make sure you have everything together by then! Cozy Tufts will also be donating a rug to the raffle!
