KDC’s Leadership Team recently came together for a team-building day focused on connection, collaboration and, of course, a little friendly competition! 📣

Through team activities, games and plenty of laughs, the day gave leaders an opportunity to strengthen relationships and build connections across KDC.

To start off the month, we want to give a big THANK YOU to all of our team members who have dedicated their time to being an important part of the work KDC does to change the lives of thousands every year. 👏

We also want to say happy birthday to every team member who is celebrating their birthday this month. 🎉

KDC was proud to welcome elected officials, legislative staff, and community leaders to our New Bedford campus for a Legislative Roundtable and an engaging conversation about the people, programs, and communities we serve.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share the vision for KDC’s future Center for Impact, discuss the importance of continued partnership and investment in human services, and hear thoughtful questions, guidance, and perspectives from those who joined us. Guests also toured our Day Habilitation program, providing an opportunity to see KDC’s mission and impact firsthand.

We appreciate everyone who joined us and contributed to such a meaningful conversation. We look forward to staying connected, continuing the dialogue, and working together to strengthen the communities we serve.
