We love to celebrate Okinawa Culture and this year we will be a part of the 3rd Annual OKI Fest!

We are so thankful for being part of the Bring Hope Now Dragon Boat Festival & Race this year! Our team won 1st in our division and overall! There were also many wonderful performances by our friends, Emerald Coast Okinawa! Thank you so much for everyone who came out to support and show their Okinawan Spirit!

Please consider donating to Bring Hope Now. Their mission is to save lives in our community by reducing su***de among youth and military through education and advocacy for mental health and sustainable support.

We are so excited to be apart of the Bring Hope Dragon Boat Race this year! Bring Hope Now's mission is to save lives in their community by reducing su***de among youth and military through education and advocacy for mental health and sustainable support. The Bring Hope Dragon Boat Festival will host a Dragon Boat Race, a Taiko performance by Emerald Coast Okinawa, food vendors, door prizes, merchandise vendors, and more! We hope you come show your Okinawa spirit by cheering for us in the Dragon Boat Race! We can't wait to see you there!

🎊良い正月でーびーる (ii sōgwachi dēbiiru)! Happy New Year!🎊 Today is the Lunar New Year 🐴🌑, which was the historically celebrated day of New Years in Okinawa. In modern day, Okinawa now has three separate days of celebrating the New Year 🎉! Swipe to learn about each day!

On Sunday, OKI had its first board meeting focused on planning the 3rd Annual Okinawa Festival in late 2026, and we hope you all are looking forward to it! We are also considering other ways we can contribute to our mission of celebrating and spreading the Okinawan culture with everyone! We would love to hear your thoughts on how we can best serve the community, leave us a comment or send us a private message with your ideas!

The 2nd Annual Okinawa Festival 🤘🏼 was an amazing day! With over 5,000 guests, incredible performances, and delicious food, we couldn't be happier with how this year's festival went! Thank you to all of our sponsors for making this year's event possible!

We learned a lot and are beginning to prepare for next year to be even better! Until then, we hope you follow our social media accounts to continue to learn about Okinawan culture and stay informed on future OKI events!
