The AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter extends our heartfelt appreciation and farewell to CW4 Lashonda Pringle, our Chapter President.

Long before stepping into the role of President, Lashonda was already serving, leading, and creating opportunities for chapter members. As President, she brought renewed energy and visibility to the Anne Arundel Chapter—leading the chapter to compliance, expanding its presence throughout the HR community, and increasing awareness of AGCRA and the value it provides to HR professionals.

She challenged her officers to lead, encouraged members to show up and stay engaged, and remained committed to creating meaningful opportunities for mentorship, professional development, service, and connection. Along the way, she built lasting relationships and an incredible network that will continue well beyond her tenure.

Lashonda, thank you for leading with purpose, passion, and a genuine commitment to people. You didn’t simply serve as President—you helped strengthen the foundation for those who will lead after you. Your leadership, service, and impact on the Anne Arundel Chapter will not be forgotten.

Marcus consistently showed up for the chapter—volunteering at numerous events, sharing ideas to strengthen our organization, championing AGCRA membership, and serving as a panelist during one of our professional development sessions. The AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter proudly congratulates SFC Marcus Eastland, our Acting Vice President and Adjutant, on earning the prestigious Horatio Gates Bronze Medal!

When the Chapter needed additional leadership, he voluntarily stepped into the Vice President role without hesitation while continuing to serve as Adjutant. His consistent support at Chapter events, dedication to mentoring junior Soldiers, and commitment to promoting AGCRA reflect the very best of our association.
