The AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter was honored to engage with Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) HR professionals during the MDARNG G-1 Admin Professionals Course. As Chapter President, CW4 Lashonda Pringle had the opportunity to brief attendees on the Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA), highlight the benefits of membership, and share how the Anne Arundel Chapter supports HR professionals through professional development, mentorship, networking, recognition, and opportunities to connect across all components of the Army.

A sincere thank you to the MDARNG G-1 team: COL Bassham (G1); SGM Barbour (outgoing G1 SGM); and MSG Clark (incoming G1 SGM) for providing CW4 Pringle the opportunity to engage with MDARNG HR professionals during their week-long course. Their support demonstrates a continued commitment to developing HR professionals and strengthening the AG Corps.

A very special thank you to CW2 KinDra Johnson for serving as the bridge that connected MDARNG HR professionals with the Anne Arundel Chapter and helped make this engagement possible. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Le Shanda Williams, AGCRA VP of Reserve Affairs, for her presence and support of this important engagement.

The AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter proudly recognizes and congratulates KinDra Johnson on her well-deserved promotion to Chief Warrant Officer Two!

CW2 Johnson’s promotion ceremony was held at the MG Linda L. Singh Readiness Center and presided over by COL Clifford A. Bassham, G1, Maryland Army National Guard. She was proudly pinned by her commander, CPT Kristen Santos, JFHQ.

CW2 Johnson serves as the Maryland Army National Guard G1 Enlisted Personnel Human Resources Technician, where she continues to serve Soldiers and the organization through her technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to the HR profession.

Please join us in congratulating CW2 Johnson on reaching this significant career milestone! We are proud to have her as a member of the Anne Arundel Chapter and look forward to seeing her continued impact on the Adjutant General’s Corps and the Maryland Army National Guard.

AG Day 2026 was an incredible success! 🌟

The AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter was honored to welcome so many HR professionals from across the Active Duty, Army Reserve, National Guard, Civilian, and Veteran communities for a day of learning, recognition, and connection.

We kicked off the morning with a memorable breakfast featuring an inspiring keynote from MG Janeen L. Birckhead, whose message challenged and motivated us all. We also had the privilege of recognizing several outstanding members with well-deserved AGCRA medals for their dedication and service.

The day concluded with an outstanding Leader Lab: Empower Hour, facilitated by our Chapter President, CW4 Lashonda Pringle —and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive! Participants engaged in open, honest conversations about leadership experiences, professional growth, HR challenges, and career development, creating an environment where everyone learned from one another.

A special thank you to our distinguished guests, CW5 Charmaine Hilliard, President of the Potomac Chapter, and CW5 Eureka Powell, Vice President of the Potomac Chapter, for sharing their unique perspectives and enriching the discussion with insights gained from working alongside senior leaders.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and helped make AG Day 2026 such a meaningful event. Together, we’re strengthening our AG community—one conversation, one connection, and one leader at a time.

Our July 27th AGCRA Anne Arundel Chapter Virtual Lunch & Learn was a great success! Thank you to Mr. David Lietz (88th Readiness Division / USAR Family Programs) for highlighting the Army Reserve Family Programs (ARFP) and the many resources available to support Soldiers, families, and command teams across the Reserve, National Guard, and Active Duty.

From Family Readiness Training and the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program to financial readiness, survivor outreach, and crisis support, the session reinforced how strong family support strengthens mission readiness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—we look forward to seeing you at our next Lunch & Learn!
