Reminder!!!
The 2nd Annual "Speed Mentorship Workshop" event on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, a full day structured, interactive mentorship event designed to strengthen professional development, cross‑rank communications, and career readiness across Fort Meade.
This event will feature:
Rapid-fire mentorship rotations with NCOs, SNCOs, and CGOs.Deep-dive development activities, including goal setting, career timelines, AFSC Mystery Match, hands‑on document review to provide Airmen while in mentorship exposure, and mentor-mentee reflection.
The event layout will be multiple different shifts:
Speed Mentoring: 0800 – 0930 & 1400 – 1530Mentorship Activities: 0930 – 1000 & 1530 – 1600Mentor Panel: 1015 – 1100Mentors will be composed of (20 CGOs, 20 SNCOs, & 20 NCOs) per one hour and 30-minute shift, and the social time per personnel will be 10 minutes.
Mentors should be prepared to formulate three to five topics to discuss during their shifts.
