Need a ride to a medical appointment, grocery store, or pharmacy? Silver Heart Care provides free transportation support for seniors age 60+ in the Greater Houston area.

To request a ride, visit silverheartcare.org, select “Request a Ride,” and complete the form with your trip details. Please submit requests at least 2–3 days before your appointment. Our team will follow up within the next business day to confirm availability.

Helping seniors stay connected, independent, and cared for—one ride at a time. 💙

Thank you to Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels for having the Silver Heart Care team at this year’s Spring Fling! We were grateful for the opportunity to connect with seniors in our community and share more about the free services we offer, including non-emergency medical transportation and support for seniors who need it most.
