Please note: This is a stroke clinic not a learn to swim program.

10U Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yd freestyle and back stroke unassisted.

11+ swimmers must be able to swim 50 yd freestyle and backstroke unassisted.

R&R Aquatics and Swim Team is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization. We provide local interested youths the opportunity to participate in programs that will enhance their swim techniques and competitive readiness.

Update on the Fall 1 Stroke Clinic registration:

- 9+ lanes: There is currently a waitlist.
- 8U lanes: Only a handful of spots left.

Prices will increase on Monday morning, so please secure your swimmer's spot today!
