Thanks to the generosity of the World Help family, a shipment of nutritious food, clothes, and buckets filled with relief items made it to Burundi! These supplies helped meet the urgent needs of people living in poverty, including refugees.

Ever since Rocio was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease six years ago, she has struggled to care for her son Antonio in their impoverished Peruvian community. Then, a year ago, she also began her battle with cancer.

Rocio can’t work, so she can barely afford her medical treatment, much less the essentials Antonio needs. She constantly worried about their future.

Then, thanks to the World Help family, a shipment of nutritious food and other supplies arrived in Rocio’s community! Now, she no longer has to worry about whether she and Antonio will have enough to eat.

“Thank you very much for everything you have brought us, particularly for the rice, which will help me a lot in my diet,” Rocio said. “May God take care of you and protect you today and always.”
