Last night we gathered to raise a glass, share some laughs, and celebrate a pretty BIG deal—Joe, the Sandi Paws Rescue 2026 Top Dog Contest winner and Grand Champion! 🏆🐾

And what better way to celebrate our champion than with the debut of his very own signature brew: DROOLHOUSE BLONDE! 🍺💛

Mother Nature tried to crash the party with a little rain, but thankfully, she got the hint and cleared out just in time! ☔➡️☀️ The result? Perfect weather for great company, good food, cold drinks, and celebrating some of the incredible Sandi Paws Rescue Inc 2026 NEW Top Dog winners! 🐶🏆

A HUGE round of a-PAWS 👏🐾 goes to the Mid-Morning Kiwanis Club of Oshkosh for organizing such a fun, engaging, and pawsitively awesome fundraising opportunity!

And an equally BIG thank-you to Fond du Lac Beer Company for partnering with Sandi Paws Rescue and supporting rescue dogs in our community! ❤️🐾 Because when a community comes together, good things happen… and sometimes they even come with a little drool and a blonde ale. 🍺🐶

This precious little guy’s name is Flip. He weighs about 15 #, is approximately 5 ½ years old, and is a true rescue that needs a little more help than most. Flip is a special needs pup-he has cataracts, which is causing him to slowly go blind. Poor little guy was a local stray for about 5 months before coming into rescue. Flip is an absolute sweetheart who loves to be where his people are, and likes to snuggle on your lap or beside you and get some love. Flip is working on potty manners, kennels very nicely, likes car and stroller rides, and it’s unknown if he’s good with cats or children. He gets along great with other friendly dogs who can be gentle with him, and not in his face. Although his sight is limited, he loves to go on slower walks, and gets around the house pretty well, he just needs time to adjust. But, for his safety you should put up baby gates at any stairway, and move objects that could hurt him at his eye level because he may bump into things. He can get up on furniture by himself but should be monitored. Since Flip became our foster, he has gone camping with us and did great! This little guy loves to be outside by his people, laying down listening to the birds and chipmunks, taking in all the smells, and slow adventurous walks. Flip may have poor vision, but he sees with his heart. He is a sweet boy that needs someone with patience, that will help him along the way, be his eyes, and give him all the love and snuggles he deserves. Let that person be you. Adoption fee is $150.
