The Village of Florida’s Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony is this Monday at 1PM. With the blessings of American Legion Post 1250, the Chamber Of Commerce-Florida,NY members and their families put together several floats for the parade to honor those that made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Thank you Donna Benson for being the brains behind the floats, E.P. Jansen Nursery LLC for hosting, Shuback Sod Farms for donating the sod, Pizza Express, Florida, NY and Pizza Bella for feeding us, and to all the community volunteers that helped put the floats together. Below are some of the local businesses that participated as well:
