I KNEW MY WIFE WAS CHEATING ON ME. EXCEPT SHE WASN'T.

That's the frightening thing about m**h psychosis.

I wasn't suspicious. I wasn't wondering. I was absolutely convinced.

Every sound I heard and every shadow I saw became more evidence that I was right.

Meanwhile, my wife was just trying to get some sleep and get away from my increasingly unpredictable behavior.

Looking back, I realize how much fear and confusion I was creating for someone I loved.

And after sharing this story, I've heard from so many spouses and partners who experienced those same accusations.

I'd really like to hear from both sides of this conversation.

Who says recovery has to be boring?

Sometimes recovery looks like sitting around a table, sharing our struggles, and supporting one another.

Other times, it looks like a day at the ranch, surrounded by friends, laughter, new experiences, and a whole lot of fun!

We recently took 11 of our Outreach 419 crew out to Life Align Recovery Ranch in Muskegon, Michigan, and what an incredible day it was!

A huge thank you to Nick and Lindsay for opening your doors and welcoming our staff and participants with such generosity and hospitality. You are doing some amazing things out there!

One of the things we love most about being a Recovery Community Organization is the opportunity to build relationships with other organizations doing this work.

We're not in competition. We're in community.

Recovery is about more than putting down a substance. It's about picking up a life worth living. Building friendships. Trying new things. Creating memories. And discovering that there's a whole world of experiences waiting for you.

That's why we do what we do at Outreach 419 and Sober Not Boring .

Because connection matters. Community matters. And sometimes the most meaningful moments in recovery happen when we get outside our comfort zones and simply enjoy life together.

Recovery isn't the end of the fun. Sometimes it's where the real fun begins.
