Scouts from Troop 546 were invited, and honored, to participate in the dedication ceremony last Friday evening for the viewing of one of the original copies of the Declaration of Independence at UMF. Thank you to Brian Ellis for inviting us to participate. The speakers were great. It was truly awesome to see the Declaration and the exhibit. After finishing the requirements for the Kayaking MB yesterday, the scouts decided to practice some more rescues. They had a great time with it. Not to mention a few shenannigans along the way. Then we finished the camp out with a campfire, songs and some story telling. All in all it was a terrific Troop outing.

Patrick, Sirus and Sully completed the Kayak Merit Badge today. They sure practiced a lot of rescues.😀
