It has been about 20 years since someone from our Moose Lodge has received The Pilgrim Degree of Merit.

What is The Pilgrim Degree of Merit; it is the highest honor in the Loyal Order of Moose, recognizing extraordinary, lifelong service. Held by less than \(1\%\) of the fraternity, it is conferred exclusively in the House of God at Mooseheart, Illinois, to devoted Fellows of the Order.

To be considered, you must be an active Moose International member, be a member of the Moose Legion, and have already attained the Fellowship Degree. Fellows must be confidentially recommended by a current Pilgrim, attaching a comprehensive résumé of their years of outstanding fraternal service and volunteerism.

Our longtime member Mark Vigesaa was awarded this honor! His family got to witness him receiving his gold jacket which was presented by a lodge favorite….Jessica Weegman.

A big congratulations to Mark Vigesaa on his accomplishment!
