We are on the countdown to our WORK WEEKEND! Whether you come for a couple hours, a day, or the whole weekend, we are so grateful for any help you'd like to join in on!

Cabin clean out
Rebuild Bridge Cabin porch and deck
Paint Senior Camp Cabins
Mulch trails
Plant flowers in garden beds
Make meals for volunteers
Plant veggies for campers to harvest

Last week we spent the day with the third grade classes exploring camp, learning in our nature center, and enjoying God’s great outdoors! Camp operates year round sharing educational programs for our local schools. We have new programming in the works to grow our educational community and we can’t wait to share it with you!🌳

Big news from Camp Marymount on this Arbor Day!🌳

We’re proud to share that Camp has officially been recognized as a Level 1 Certified Arboretum, a milestone that reflects our commitment to stewardship, education, and the natural beauty that defines this place.

This didn’t happen by accident. A huge thank you to for championing this effort from the start, and to Mary Bruce and Pat McKenzie for putting in the real work on the ground to make it happen. From identifying species to documenting our landscape, they brought this vision to life.

We are so happy to add that Pat is stepping into a new role this summer as our Summer Director, and we couldn’t be more excited for the talents and experiences he brings to the table.

This is another step forward in caring for Camp not just as it is, but as it will be for generations to come.

Have you ever dreamed of just one more summer at camp? Maybe just a few hours or a whole week? Well we are about to make all your dreams come true!

Marymount alumni have the chance to “come back to work” this summer. We welcome our alumni to spend anywhere from a few hours to a week, or more, with us sharing your time and talents. You could volunteer in the kitchen, laundry, maintenance or teach an activity alongside our summer staff.  Last summer, we had alumni teach pickle ball, do laundry, hangout with cabins on cookout nights, and help with check in day.

Work Weekend at Camp Marymount | May 15–17

There’s something special about rolling up your sleeves for a place that’s given so many of us so much.

Join us for Work Weekend at Camp Marymount as we prepare for the summer season! Our primary focus will be Senior Camp, where we’ll be:

* Rebuilding the Bridge Cabin porch and the bridge to the cabin
* Painting cabins and gathering spaces
* Organizing supplies and prepping key areas for campers

We’ll also have projects happening all across Camp, including:

* Organizing activity sites
* Cleaning cabins in Junior Camp
* General organizing and setup to get Camp fully ready

From hands-on building projects to lighter tasks, this is truly a weekend where there’s something for everyone, including opportunities for families with young kids to jump in and help.

Whether you can come for a few hours or stay the whole weekend, we’d love to have you. Overnight accommodations and meals are available for those who want the full camp experience.

Come lend a hand, reconnect with Camp, and help us get ready for another unforgettable summer.
