From its conception in 1998, RMRH has strived to provide local healthcare services to the residents of Park County. When the only remaining primary care medical clinic in Park County was forced to close in 2014, RMRH shifted its role from providing ongoing assistance in maintaining healthcare services to facilitating ease of access for area residents. Today, we help our community locate accessible

primary care services, assist in insurance enrollment coordination while also continuing to provide mobile mammography and other screening services.

Uninsured? Due to the Colorado Wildfires the Connect for Health Marketplace opened a Special Enrollment Period which goes until September 12, 2026. This means if you are uninsured, you can purchase a plan through the Marketplace and apply for financial assistance. Eye Love Care is coming to RMRH in Fairplay July 21st, 22nd and 23rd. Call us with any questions or to schedule your appointment. If you have Medicaid and are 20 or younger your exam and glasses are at no charge to you. Other insurances are accepted!
