Congratulations to Mrs. Jurasits and Mrs. O'Leary on winning the Ed and Terry Keaty Joyce "I Inspire" Award!
The Ed and Teri Keaty Joyce, "I Inspire" Teacher Recognition Award is aimed to recognize the important role teachers play in the lives of children. Teachers everywhere are critical. The teachers choosing to teach in Catholic schools are extra special. In memory of Ed and Therese Keaty Joyce, "Teri", their family, and colleagues, would like to show appreciation for teachers in area Catholic schools.
Teri taught at Queen of Martyrs School. Family and friends repeatedly remember her as being a kind and caring mentor. Ed worked his way to President and COO of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He has been duly credited with the growth and success of the Chicago markets. While Ed excelled in his profession, his life was defined by his unwavering devotion to his family every single day. Their 8 grandchildren attend Most Holy Redeemer and St. John Fisher shools.
