What if the thing you're most convinced you don't have is actually all you need?

Moses looked at his staff and saw just a stick. Forty years old, eighty years old, just a stick. But when God asked him to throw it down, that stick became a snake. That ordinary thing in his hands became extraordinary in God's hands.

You're probably sitting on exactly what God is asking you to use right now. Not when you have more money. Not when you have more time. Not when you finally feel ready. Right now. What's in your hand that you're writing off as too small to matter?

You'll evangelize strangers all day. But going back to the people who knew you at your worst feels impossible. That's exactly where God wants to send you, and it's exactly where His grace becomes undeniable.

The thing you keep driving past. The conversation you keep rescheduling. The season you've quietly decided to leave in the rearview. What if God's already there, waiting for you to show up?

You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to take the one step.

If you've been sitting on the sidelines, this is your week to stop thinking about it and actually come. We're a family built for people who feel like they don't fit anywhere else, and we're counting on you to show up. The Hills is a place where broken meets broken, and real change starts happening. Come check us out for yourself.

God doesn't need you. But He chose you anyway. You're broken, you're fired up, your doubts and all. Jesus doesn't waste any of it. He redeems it. Redirects it. Then deploys it.

This is what we saw this weekend: people showing up even when faith is messy. People bringing questions. People bringing hope. People bringing both at the same time.

We were reminded that you're not too broken for this room. And we're not waiting for you to get your act together before you belong. Conviction, doubt, and curiosity are all welcome here.

God doesn’t send you because you’re ready. He sends you because He’s with you.

Moses ran from Egypt, and God sent him back. Every time Moses pointed to what he lacked, God pointed to His presence: “I will be with you.” The ordinary shepherd’s staff in his hand became the staff of God.

Trust God with the battle. Obey God with the next step.

What if the worst thing happening to you right now is actually where God is doing his deepest work? We tell ourselves that if we're following Jesus, nothing bad will happen.

But Joseph's life says something different. Sold into slavery. Falsely accused. Sitting in a prison cell with no idea what comes next. And while he's there, the Bible says plainly: 'The Lord was with him.' God's presence wasn't proven by good circumstances. It was proven by his refusal to leave. That should change everything about how we read our own stories.
