Frustration.

Disappointment.

Questions.

Don't wait.

Bring it to God now.

Judas let things build in his heart until they became betrayal.

God invites us to do the opposite.

Talk to Him early.

Repent quickly.

Stay close.

Stay tender.

Stay at the table.

A hard heart receives correction as an attack.

A soft heart receives correction as instruction.

This is why some people grow spiritually and others stay stuck for years.

When God convicts you...
When Scripture confronts you...
When a trusted believer speaks truth to you...

Do you get defensive?

Or do you get teachable?

Pride wants to be right.

Humility wants to be transformed.

Before Jesus identified the betrayer, every disciple asked the same question:

"Lord, is it I?"

Not, "Who is it?"
Not, "It couldn't be me."

Just: "Lord, is it me?"

That's the question mature believers ask.

We spend so much time examining everyone else's heart that we forget to examine our own.

Where have I become resistant to God's correction?
Where have I justified my behavior?
Where have I stopped listening?

A soft heart isn't perfect.

A soft heart is teachable.

Matthew 26 reminds us that when God convicts us, the answer isn't to withdraw.
It's to stay at the table.
To learn.
To grow.
To belong.
To walk together.
Jesus corrects us because He loves us. He doesn't push us away—He invites us closer. Stay at the table. Learn from the convictions that God puts on you. Don't withdraw from them.
