We are honored to welcome Laura Roy, Executive Director of the St. David’s Jubilee Center, as our guest speaker at this evening’s Kiwanis Club meeting.

The St. David’s Jubilee Center plays a vital role in our community by providing compassionate support, essential resources, and hope to individuals and families in need. We look forward to learning more about their incredible work and the lasting impact they make each day.

This evening, we are also proud to present the Jubilee Center with a $1,250 donation to help further its inspiring mission of serving our community.

This meaningful contribution was made possible through the generous support of Mr. Swindle’s Traveling Peculiarium, whose commitment to giving back continues to make a positive difference in the lives of so many. We are deeply grateful for their partnership and generosity.

Together, through collaboration, compassion, and service, we can continue building a stronger community. 💙

From preparing meeting minutes and maintaining important records to supporting our members and projects throughout the year, her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to service help make everything we do possible.

The Kiwanis Club of Englewood-Cape Haze is proud to join the Kiwanis Club of North Port and other Kiwanis clubs throughout our division this morning in supporting the 2026 Kiwanis Kids Fishing Tournament at McKibben Park!

This free community event gives children the opportunity to experience the joy of fishing, spend time outdoors, and create lasting memories with family and friends. From free fishing gear and lunch to fun contests, crafts, and prizes, it’s a wonderful morning dedicated to the children in our community.

We are excited to be part of an event that brings Kiwanians together for one common purpose… serving children and helping them create memories that will last a lifetime.

Good luck to all of today’s young anglers… and remember, every fish is a great catch when you’re having fun! 🎣💙

Join Us Next Thursday for a Special Guest Speaker!

The Kiwanis Club of Englewood-Cape Haze is honored to welcome Laura Roy, Executive Director of the St. David's Jubilee Center, as our guest speaker on Thursday, June 25.

The St. David's Jubilee Center is a community outreach ministry in Englewood dedicated to serving those in need. Through its free food pantry and clothing closet, the Jubilee Center helps fight hunger and poverty while providing hope and support to individuals and families throughout our community.

🎣🐟 Cast a Line for Fun! 🐟🎣

The Kiwanis Club of Englewood-Cape Haze is proud to join the Kiwanis Club of North Port, Fish Florida, and other Kiwanis clubs throughout our division in supporting the 41st Annual Fishing Tournament on Saturday, June 20th at McKibben Park!

This free community event gives children the opportunity to experience the joy of fishing, spend time outdoors, and create lasting memories with family and friends. The first 125 children registered will receive a free fishing pole, bait, tackle box, and T-shirt. Plus, there will be free lunch, Father’s Day craft activities, fun contests, and trophies!

We invite families throughout our community to come out and enjoy a morning filled with fun, friendship, and plenty of fishing excitement!
