Elliston 27 Club is having their 10th Annual 4th of July Picnic on July 4th and its America's 250th Birthday Celebration! Woo Hoo! Our picnic will be on July 4th at Lisa Newman's golf course - We will provide chicken, costco cakes, water, paper plates, napkins, plasticware - Donation for Potluck Dinner $5 PER PERSON ( please bring a salad, dessert or hotdish) -
Lineup of events:
1. 4:15 kids line up at Elliston School for Parade - prizes for most patriotic girl, most patriotic boy, most patriotic bike/wagon, most patriotic adult Female, most patriotic adult Male - parade starts at 4:30
2. Dinner is between 5:00 and 5:30 - Please bring salad, dessert or hotdish
3. 50/50 DRAWING AROUND 6:30 - LOTS OF PRIZES
4. EMS is having their DUCK RACES @ approx 7:00 - EMS WILL BE SELLING TICKETS IN JUNE -
5. KIDS Homemade Boat Race will start when they drop the ducks in the water - prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and most patriotic boat - WATER BOTTLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AS BOATS
6. FIREWORKS AT DARK
7. YOU CAN ALSO PAY FOR YOUR YEARLY FAMILY MEMBERSHIP WITH THE 27 CLUB - STILL $10
DONATION CAN WILL BE AT THE ELLISTON STORE AND WE WILL ALSO HAVE DONATION CAN AT THE PICNIC
PLEASE BRING A LAWN CHAIR IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING FOR THE BIG FIREWORK SHOW!
250 YEARS PEOPLE - A GREAT TIME TO CELEBRATE OUR FREEDOM! SEE YOU ALL THERE!
FYI on the boat race...kids have to make their boats and no plastic bottles allowed and NO MOTORS😊

We are at it again folks! It's FLAMINGO FLOCKING SEASON! There will be flocking order forms at the Post Office today - you can call Terry @ 492-8920 (leave message if no answer) to get the forms - the price is still $20 to Flock your Friends and Family and $30 to get Anti flocking insurance! We will be doing the flocking between JUNE 1st and JUNE 20th ONLY! We are short on time and Flockers - If you would like to flock someone - fill out the form and get it to Terry with the money - First come first Flocked! We also need to have the physical address of the people you are flocking as some of our flockers are not familiar with where everyone lives in Elliston! We appreciate all your support over the years - you have kept us going and you are all much appreciated! Happy Flocking!

Good Morning! We will be having a meeting on Thursday May 14thin the Elliston School @6:00 PM - We welcome anyone who would like to help or who is interested in running for a Board Seat this year - President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer seats are all open - the new Board members would take over after the 4th of July picnic! Come to the meeting to find out more! We will also be discussing the events for the 4th of July Picnic - EMS will be having their Duck Day Race on the 4th of July and donating the proceeds to the Elliston 27 Club to help us out - What a Great community we live in - All helping each other out - WE will have more info on the picnic after the meeting but we are having the picnic on the 4th of July - events and times to be discussed at the meeting on Thursday! Hope to see some new faces there!
