Good morning, homeowner. Just a quick, friendly reminder: The bus loop is reserved for buses only for both pick-up and drop-off and is not meant for personal vehicles on weekdays. We've noticed this has become a parking challenge in the morning as well. Some parents are waiting at the bus loop entrance and exit and parking on the grass patch instead of parking, which makes it harder for traffic to leave the parking area. Please be mindful of traffic around you and drive carefully. Thank you.

We are looking for an alternate volunteer for our modification committee on behalf of our HOA community. This committee meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday at 10am. We review resident’s requests for changes to their property, and the meetings usually last an hour. If you’d like to volunteer please call Ana, our property manager, 941-479-4903. Thanks.
