There is no other place like InterMission.

If you haven’t been here before, you probably wonder what happens when you come work with the horses.

Honestly, it’s kind of a “pick your own adventure” kind of event - it’s different for everyone, and even different every time you come!

The best way to find out more is to book a free information session so you can come visit us at the farm and experience it for yourself.

Lifelong friendships begin this way.

Our project “Safe Ground” was awarded us a $10,000 grant to create free and affirming equine-facilitated healing experiences for LGBTQIA+ youth ages 13-18 in rural Minnesota!!

Starting in October, we’ll be hosting monthly meetups at the farm where you can meet other LGBTQIA+ kids who get you because they’re just like you.

On the second Saturday of each month, you’ll get to join us at the farm to eat lunch (first things first!), check in with your friends, make fun crafts, and hang out with the horses.

We’re committed to making this a safe space where you won’t be bullied or harassed, so you can relax, breathe…and just be you. We want you to feel seen, heard, and valued for exactly who you are. This is how lifelong friendships begin.

Square dancing with caller Emma Stout begins at 2pm. Hit the dance floor and learn some new moves 💃🕺🏾👏 or watch the dancers and cheer them on!

🎶 🎵 🎶 Enjoy the live music at this one time only appearance of the Now and Then String Band.

We'll be serving 🍉🥨😋 yummy snacks all afternoon, but the ones made from produce the kids from The Missing Peace collective helped plant, tend, and harvest will go fast, so come early for those special treats.

The big reveal happens about 3pm. Make sure you are here then if you want to meet Grayson and hear what we'll be up to next year.
