Preservation El Reno Preservation El Reno is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of historic structures in El Reno, Oklahoma.

The members of Preservation El Reno believe that the preservation of our community’s unique history is vital to the city of El Reno. Preserving our historically important buildings adds to the appeal of El Reno and therefore contributes to tourism and economic development. Preservation also provides connections to our past, serving as an educational tool for both young and old. We believe that whe

n members of our community come together to preserve our historic buildings, we are continuing El Reno’s legacy of a rich past in order to expand and enhance our future.

The weather is perfect today for a walk around downtown El Reno. The caboose is open. Visit the boutiques, enjoy lunch, grab coffee and/or dessert, and stop by the Filling Station. You can also check out all the work downtown building owners have done to preserve and restore their buildings with the help of the City’s revitalization grants.
