Rise Up Industries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise that runs a real, working precision CNC machine shop — and uses it to change lives.

Every part they machine helps fund gang prevention, intervention, and workforce training for people reentering the community after detention. It's manufacturing with a purpose: building skills, second chances, and a path forward.

The San Diego and Imperial Counties Community Colleges Regional Consortium (SDI RC) Workforce Development Council (WDC) meeting is coming up, spotlighting progress on the countywide Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Network (BHAN) — a collaboration between LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, San Diego Workforce Partnership, and SDI RC to build a talent pipeline for behavioral health roles through registered apprenticeships.

Educators, industry partners, and anyone interested in behavioral health apprenticeships are encouraged to attend!
