Edgar Community Club is asking for Donations for this years Edgarfest 2026
Dear Friend and Supporter,
The Edgar Community Club would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support year after year. Because of generous donations from individuals and businesses like yours, we are able to provide activities, improvements, and events that make Edgar a wonderful place to live and visit.
Your support helps fund many community projects and events throughout the year, including:
Soup and Santa
Easter Egg Hunt
Summer Reading Hour
Community flower beautification projects
Edgarfest
Various community improvement projects
As we prepare for Edgarfest 2026, we are asking for your continued support of the Edgar Community Club. This year's celebration will once again feature a true Main Street "street dance" with live music by Dirty Boots, performing favorite country hits from the 1980s and 1990s. Families will enjoy bounce houses, face painting, pool activities, balloon animals, and other fun attractions for all ages.
Your donation helps ensure that these events remain affordable and accessible for our community. Without the support of our sponsors and donors, many of these activities simply would not be possible.
In addition to our annual events, the Community Club is continuing work on several projects, including:
The Edgar Cemetery Directory project
Construction of a new building for cemetery records and information
A planned gazebo/picnic shelter at the South Park Campground
We are proud that our Summer Reading Hour is celebrating its 11th year, thanks to the dedication of volunteers who continue to make it a success for local children and families.
We respectfully ask that any donations for Edgarfest and Community Club projects be submitted by June 24, 2026.
